Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your Zaryal London purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy applies to orders placed through our online store.

30-Day Returns

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day returns period. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions and exceptions below.

To be eligible for a return under our 30-day returns policy, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Where a product has a hygiene or protective seal, the seal must remain intact.

You will also need your receipt or other proof of purchase.

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless we tell you otherwise.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at info@zaryallondon.co.uk before returning it so that we can provide appropriate assistance.

Personal Care, Beauty and Hygiene Products

For health protection and hygiene reasons, certain sealed personal care or beauty products may not be eligible for return once their seal has been broken after delivery where the product is no longer suitable for return for those reasons.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to your legal rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so that we can assess the problem and provide suitable assistance.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.

14-Day Statutory Right to Cancel

Where applicable, UK consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@zaryallondon.co.uk within the applicable cancellation period and clearly tell us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you must return the goods without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund after we issue it.

Where you exercise a statutory right to cancel and are entitled to reimbursement of the original delivery charge, we will refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for an upgraded or express delivery method does not have to be refunded where permitted by law.

We may withhold a statutory cancellation refund until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an eligible unopened item, please contact us at info@zaryallondon.co.uk.

Where a direct exchange is unavailable, you may need to return the original item and place a new order.

Sale Items

Sale or promotional items are subject to the same statutory consumer rights as other goods. Any additional change-of-mind return rights offered by Zaryal London will be subject to the terms of this policy.
